At Marcuras, we are engaged in design, production, supply, installation and commissioning of reverse osmosis plants, water purifying plants, mineral water plants and ultra filtration plants. We offer our range of reverse osmosis and ultra filtration plants in various specifications to fulfill specific customer requirements of our clients.

Reverse Osmosis has gained wide acceptance and popularity due to its simple operation and the ability to withstand variations in feed water quality. We make RO plants as per the specific needs of customers by taking into consideration the feed water source, type of manpower available to operate and maintain the plant, end use of treated water etc.

Ultra Filtration is also finding increasing applications ranging from RO pretreatment to waste management, paints recovery, milk and whey filtration, pharmaceuticals and much more.

Industrial Reserve Osmosis Plants
These plants are designed for purifying water in an industrial environment. We offer industrial RO plants in standard capacities, which range from 400 lph to 3000 lph. However higher capacities such as up to 50000 lph and more also can be offered.

Ultra Filtration Plants

Ultra Filtration is a membrane based technology, which is used for separation of higher molecular weight particles from water. It can separate particles of even 0.001 microns from liquid. Different membrane configurations and sizes are available for filtration requirements. Hollow fiber and Spiral wound configurations are most commonly used in the industry. Unlike RO membranes, the UF membranes have tolerance for free chlorine and are back flushable, also they do not alter minerals compositions.

Sanitary Finish Plants for Pharma and Mineral Water

Our pharmaceutical and drinking water plants confirm to the material, design and surface finish requirements of the industry. Electropolished and mirror polished piping and vessels are manufactured specifically to fulfill the stringent norms of FDA. We use triclover fittings for easy dismantling and assembly of piping, as the pipes need to be removed for sanitization, disinfection, etc, as per the industry norms.

Feature
SElectropolished and mirror polished surfaces. Tri clover fittings to ensure quick dismantling and assembly. The dead volumes in pipes and vessels have been reduced to minimum. All piping, vessels, tanks, skid are fabricated in SS-316L.
